Down a Dark Hall

Down A Dark Hall  By: Lois Duncan

I have recently just finished a really good, thrilling, little bit of a scary, suspenseful book. You follow a  16 year old Kit Gordy as she goes on her journey through Blackwood a private school. Were she meets three friends Sandy, Lynda, and Ruth at Blackwood they find out that they are not normal 16 year old kids. They have the power to do something amazing... they can talk with ghost. The ghost channel through them and they are the receivers. They are the ghost go through to finish what they have started. For example, if there is a famous writer who died at the age of 56 they still have so much they can still do, these very few and "lucky" people. After they find out that they are being used in a experiment half of them are fine with the idea that there is one too tens of people practically controlling them. While the other half feel like someone is invading there space and living there life. What will happen next? You will have to read the book and find out for yourself.

I personally loved the book and I would not just recommended it to a friend and family member but to anyone looking for a good book to read, it started out nice and slow almost what one would call dull, boring, and stupid. But as you read the book puts you on suspense and you can't put it down you just don't want to it is almost unhealthy for someone to read it all at once. In conclusion, if you see the book in a store close to you I would pick up the book and buy it. I don't even read scary books like this book and I never had read a book by Lois Duncan  but I think know I will look for both next time I go to the store.

Now will you read Down a Dark Hall by Lois Duncan? What is your favorite book that you have read this year, month, week, day, or ever? Mine is the Divergent series by Veronica Roth.
